We are given two charts, among them one is showing different perspectives of why adults want to get further education, the other one is about the distribution of the expenses of that education.

Most of the people are those who have interest in getting education as 40% have interest in subject, 38% want to qualify more and 20% are those who enjoy studying. On the other hand many of the people study further in relation to get job privileges as 22% get help for their present job, 20% are those who want to enhance the aspects of their job promotion and 12% can switch their jobs by studying more. Only 9% are those who want to increase their social circle.

Now coming to the second chart which shows that maximum % of expenses are given by the person as it is 40% and 35% is given by the institution, while rest of 25% is the responsibility of the state to which tax is payed.
