Overall, it is clear that the majority of adults closed studying due to the interest in subjects while the least number of adults’ main purpose of studying is to meet people. Furthermore, individuals are the main responsible party of sharing the cost of adult education and the tax payers contribute less.
According the results revealed, majority of adults have chosen studying, because of the interest in subjects and to gain qualifications accounting 40% and 38% respectively. 22% have indicated that they are studying because it is helpful for their current job, while same proportion of adults (20%) said that to improve prospects of promotions and to enjoy the learning they are studying. Due to, to be ability to change the jobs and to meet people have identified as the reasons given by 12% and 9% of adults respectively.
Furthermore, individuals are the main contributor for sharing the const of adult education accounting 40%, while the tax payers and employers should be shared the cost with 25% and 35% respectively
