Overall, it can be seen that organizations provided the highest percentage of volunteers on environmental and sport sectors, whereas the least number of volunteers provided for healthcare. However, while others types of categories grew, the volunteers of educational, art, and others categories declined its percentage throughout the period.
On the one hand, in 2008, 24% of unpaid workers worked for environment for a particular institution, while this number declined to 17% in 2014. Moreover, the education and sport volunteers were 21% and 15% in 2008, which increased by 8% and 10, respectively.
On the other hand, the number of volunteers in other and art groups were15% and 18%, respectively, which was significantly subtracted by 6% for both categories in 2014. Finally, in 2008, 7% of volunteers worked in health care, but this showed a minimal increase in 2014 at 8%.
