Overall,the percentages of food ,wood, and plastic witnessed a noticeable improvement in the given periods ,whereas disposition of paper, textile and other types considerably decreased. Furthermore,the proportions of green waste and glass stayed steady over the given years.
It is evident that, portions of food and wood doubled over the period, accounting for 21% and 8% in 2011.8% of plastic was disposed initially,yet in 2011 this figure grew by 10%, respectively.
As for the utilisation of paper,it was the common disposal in 1960 accounting for exactly a quarter,and in 2011 it significantly declined by 10%.Textile and other types of waste saw a slight fall,by 6% and 8% respectively.
In terms of glass and green waste discarding, the segments stayed without variation and it is interesting to note that,the percentage of metal waste rose only by 1 % in 2011.
