The pie chart illustrates the proportion of world forests in five different regions, namely world forest and timber.
In general, it can be clearly seen that, North America is dominating in these two charts and other regions are quite stable. In the first one North America and Africa are with the most amount of percentage. As well as the second one North and South America, althought Africa has the least amount of timber.
In terms of world forests, the Africa is dominating with forests due to less timber, first makes up to 27% and timber is at 9% Secondly, there is 25% of North with 30% of timber. Thirdly, Europe less than north at 18%, the timber is at 20%. Fourthly, South America has 16%, including 23% of timber. Finally, there goes Asia that consists of 14% of forests within the same amount as Europe. Respectively, there are more forests in Africa compared to other regions, including the chart of timber.
