The pie charts illustrate the level of satisfaction of undergraduates and postgraduates with different university facilities in UK in 2007.
Overall, while undergraduates satisfied the most with school facilities, postgraduates expressed greater contentment with university cafeteria. In addition, both groups reported nearly the same satisfaction with school rooms.
Regarding school rooms, very satisfied undergraduates and postgraduates accounted for 62% and 63%, respectively. The percentage of quite satisfied and not satisfied made up 13% and 25% in undergraduates each, similarly with 14% and 23% in postgraduates.
In terms of the cafeteria, while the proportion of very satisfied postgraduates was 73%, the figure for undergraduates made up 52%. The percentage of quite and not satisfied undergraduates with university cafeteria accounted for 22% and 26%, respectively. Meanwhile, the medium and low contentment with cafeteria of postgraduates represented under 20% each.
As for school facilities, the rate of high undergraduates satisfaction accounted for 85%, followed by 14% of medium satisfaction and only 1% of dissatisfaction. However, postgraduates reported differences: 43% of very satisfied, 32% of quite and 25% of not satisfied with school facilities.
