Overall, the most popular way to access internet was desktop computer, whereas mobile phone was the lowest. It is very noticeable that UK and Australia show similar age patterns
To begin with, Australia and UK have similar patterns for buying tickets online, although 65+ category for Australia was a bit higher with 45 compared to 40. In contrast , Malaysia has a different pattern that previous two, with age groups 65+ having 40 per cents and 25-44 having roughly 35 per cents.
As for the ways of purchasing tickets through online platforms, desktop computer and mobile phone patterns look alike even though desktop computer is nearly three times larger than mobile phone. The UK, unlike Australia and Malaysia, used laptop moderately less with 30 per cents while they were 40 and above.
