The bar charts illustrate the information about online purchase for concert, cinema and theater tickets of people from two certain age groups in three countries and the way tickets are bought via the Internet.
Overall, there were a huge differences between the choices of the two age groups in three Astralia, the UK and Malaysia. It is also evident that the way people got their tickets is not the same.
In Australia and the UK, about 55% of people aged 25 to 44 were in favour of buying tickets through the Internet, while the over-65 groups had the lower percentage, with nearly 45% and 40%, respectively. It is also noticeable that online tickets were less popular with the 25 to 44 age group in Malaysia when there was about 35% choosing this kind of purchase. Moreover, people aged over 65 in this country had the same proportion as the UK, at 40&.
As regards to the means of access that Australians, Britain and Malaysian used to buy tickets online, there was a large proportion of them preferring to choose computer, with roughly 60%, around 63% and almost 65%, respectively. Additionally, the laptop was relatively popular among people from Australia and Malaysia, at approximate 45% for both nations. However, in the UK, it was not a preferable option (30%). Similarly, there was a small fraction for using mobile phone in the three countries, around 23% in Australia and the UK and over 30% in Malaysia.
