The bar charts demonstrate the number of employees with different genders and countries, who were aged between 60 and 64, in 30 years time period. It is evident from the charts that throughout the period, the biggest rate of employment went for USA and Indonesia.
In 1970, the job percentage of the US stood at just below 90% and 80% for both genders, which was a little more than men’s figure in Indonesia (88%) and bigger to one in tenth of women’s. In the final year, American men’s proportion decreased to its women’s former level, and female’s declined to approximately 42%, while Indonesian male’s accounted for just above 70% and women’s reached higher than America (50%).
At the beginning, Belguim and Japan male’s working rate considered around 80 to 85 per cent, whereas female’s category fell by nearly one fifths (18%). In comparison with the final year, the percentages of countries hit the lowest points. The number of men’s employment reduced dramatically, to the same ground (52%), which is fewer to roughly a third. Belgian women’s proportion dropped enormously by more than a half, and counted a very small number. Additionally, Japanese female’s figure decreased to a tiny fraction.
