People are always looking for good pentions for their retirements, and to be sure they will not facing hard time in the future especially when they’re can not work anymore. For this reason they are keep working until late age, especially men who are coming on the first place on responsibility about their wives and them self too. On this example that showing the age and gender of people from four countries who their ages is between 60 and 64 years old and were enployed in the year 1970 and 2000, and comparing their ages and their genders with other countries.

In the year 1970 in general we can see that people are keep working after their 60 years old especially for men which the percentage of them compared to people that stop employing was 87 percent in USA and 83 percent in Indonesia.

For women the percentage was lower than men which recorded 78 percent in USA and more than 60 percentage in both Indonesia and Bulgium.

In the year 2000 the number of people whose their ages between 60 and 64 years old and still employing decreases for the two genders. For men it was 78 percent in the USA, and 71 in Indonesia. But for women the number decreases highly which recorded only 5 percent in Bulgium and between 40 and 50 percent in Indonesia, USA and Japan.
