Both provided pie charts illustrate productions for worldwide production within different sectors in the years 2030 and 2050.
In general it can be clearly seen that while most of the sectors are predicted to increase, services sector will remain the production leader in both years.
For example, it is anticipated that Manufacturing will rise slightly between 30.6% and 33.1% in 2030 and 2050, respectively. A similar pattern was seen in Services, the dominant part, where the proportion of production is expected to increase from 50.2% in 2030 to 51.2% in 2050. By contrast, it is projected that there will be a dramatic twofold drop for agriculture production between 4% to 2%, meanwhile, Materials sector comprising 3.5% in 2050 compared to 2.9% in 2030.
The proportion of production from Energy is estimated to experience a significant decline approximately by one third, falling from 6.7% in 2030 to 4.3% in 2050. It is forecast that info-communnications and technology will account for a little bigger proportion, with a slight rise from 5.6% to 5.9% over the period.
