In contrast, among people over 30, achievement at work accounted for a lower proportion, at 22%. Financial security was more important for this age group, representing 20%. Being with family accounted for 14%, which was higher than for younger people. Meanwhile, travelling and other factors made up smaller proportions, at 10% and 5% respectively.
