The charts illustrate the proportion of woman and man employees in several job categories of engineering companies from 2005 to 2015. In general, it is evident that female administrators were at the top of the chart in both years, while male administrators gained the lowest percentage initially.
In 2005, women’s preferences were mainly in administration ( a little more than three quarters). However, focusing on males, there were a significant gender gap they got the smallest proportion in administrative position nearly to 10%.
In the final period, women’s were dominating as well in administration posts, but they experienced a small decrease of about five percent. Finally, the least popular category again was accomplished by man’s, but with a gradually rise to on in five.
