The pie charts illustrate the visitors’ feedback on customer service in Parkway Hotel in the period of five years, from 2005 to 2010.
Overall, it is evident that there was an upward trend in the positive responses of clients. While in 2005, the majority of customers felt satisfactory and poor about the service, the outcome had altered in the following five years when most surveyed visitors’ responses were good and excellent.
Looking at the positive results, in 2005 only 5% and 14% of customers felt excellent and good with their experience at Parkway Hotel respectively. In the next five years, this number had increased significantly, accounted for the most and second fraction in the responses of customers, with 39% and 28% of visitors had good and excellent experience proportionally. While in 2005, 45% survey people satisfied with the service, which was dominant in the customers’ reponses, this figure had witnessed a decrease of 28% in five years later.
Regarding the negative feedback, 15% and 21% visitors experience poor and very poor service. In the following five years, the figures for this had gone down to 4% and 12% correspondingly.
