The pie graphs illustrate information about the sources of electricity produced in four different countries between 2003 and 2008.
Overall, Sweden and Morocco produced most of its sources of electricity from hydro power, while Vietnam and India produced most of its sources of electricity from fossil fuels.
Around half of the sources of electricity produced in Sweden came from hydro power, while around 44% of Sweden’s production of electricity came from nuclear power. In addition, nearly 4% of the sources of electricity produced in Sweden came from fossil fuels. Nearly 95% of the sources of electricity was produced from hydro power in Morocco, whereas only around 5% of the sources of electricity was produced from fossil fuels.
Around 82% of India’s electricity production came from fossil fuels, while the number of the sources of electricity that was produced from hydro power was around 14%. Additionally, the sources of electricity produced from nuclear power showed a number of around 4% in India. More than a half of the sources of electricity was produced from fossil fuels in Vietnam, while just under a half of the sources of electricity was produced from hydro power.
