Age shows how your interests and the way people treat you change.
The reasons for study are different rely on the age. When you are young,you want to focus on career because you want a sustainable future. By the time you are old I think you are starting to cherish every moment in the present. And you are doing whatever yoursoul wants.
By the charts, in general,we can say that employer support is decreases when you get older. In our society,established that we get degrees right afterschool. And when aged people start to learn for other reasons, it may seem unusual. But we can see that at ages 39 support is the lowest. It is the middle age when you are neither young nor old. So everyone thinks you can cope by yourself.
In the end, age should not play big role in education since everyone is equal.
