The bar chart demostrates the information related to reasons for education according to their age groups and how much support they get from employers.

Obviously,almost in all age groups studying for career purposes is the most common preferance. And employers give help to people who are under 26 years.

It is noticeable that 80% of individuals at an age under 26 choose getting education in order to make a well career path,which is followed by the age group 26-29(70%) for the same reason. For indiviuals who have 40-49 years old academic life is crucial equally for both of reasons interest and career,which stands for 40%. Only people over 49 prefer getting education for their personal interest,at 70%.

Coming to support of employers,approximately 64% of employees receive assistance,making them most supported group. This figure declines steadily to around 50% for the 26-29 age group and about 35% for those aged 30-39. It remains almost the same for 40-49 aged people before increasing slightly to 45% for those over 49.
