The map illustrates the present layout as well as the proposed plan of a particular area.
Generally, it is clearly seen that the proposed plan includes industrial estate as compared to the current plan, while some existing features remain unchanged.
To begin with,several features are common to both sides. For instance, the A2 road is adjacent to the roundabout, located at the western part of both plans. Moreover there is railway on both current and the future plan just at the north eastern part. In addition to my previous point on common features, there is a build up area ring road and town center just at the eastern part. Furthermore, there is a gas station at the southern part closer to the central location.
On the other hand, there are non-identical factors that do not appear on the current plan. Air field space in placed with industrial estate on the future plan at the north western area. Roundabout is added to the central part in the future plan. Moreover , an A4 road at the south western side. Another A4 road from the town center to the middle of the southern region. To continue with, there’s a road outside the plan (proposed plan) from the northern part to the south eastern region.
