The diagram demonstrates the entire process involved in the production of coffee and its sale.
Overall, the process includes 11 steps , starting from picking the coffee beans and ending with the packaging and sale to customers . It includes both manual and industrial steps ,from harvesting to delivery.
In the first stage ripe coffee beans are handpicked from coffe plants. Next the beans are dried under the sun. Once dried, they are roasted in industrial ovens and then quickly cooled. In the fifth stage roasted beans are ground to fin powder following mixing with hot water. After that, the mixture is frozen . It is then ground again in frozen state to clarify the appearance. Before packaging , the texture is dried in a vacuum to separate water, leaving behind dry coffee granules.
Finally, the coffee is packed into the jars and containers. It is then distributed to markets for sale to customers.
