Overall, three main stages- step by lid, logging and preparing edible meat are equally crucial for the process to be accomplished. Notable, too, is the fact that the process is rather complex and requires much time and human labor as well as equipment to complete.
The initial steps of the process are focused mainly on the atmosphere. Initially, it requires the involvement of the fresh air. For this, the fresh air is sent through opening the lid in order to create fire. Following this, the logs are burnt where lid is closed.
The next stage of the process continuous, when the fire underwent by means of pipe. In preparation stage, raw meats are packaged to the box on ground level. In the final step, meats are cooked through smoke which is come from pipe.
