As can be seen, in the horizontal axis goes from 1920 to 2000 which overlaps with the technological revolution. Overall, it can be seen a growth tendency of TNT Mail Services over the years, contrary to the Federal Express Services which has an ustable pattern.
It’s also noticeable that the first years of the Federal Mail Services reach higher number of parcels, but it blows away just in the same year the TNT Services got a rapid growth rate. The next years the Federal Mail stabilizes, even though they don’t reach their initial number of parcels. Contrasting with TNT Mail Services who reach almost the same number of parcels Federal Mail Services had in the begining.
Finally, this graph shows the competitive dynamics between those two mail services and allows to compare their competitiveness using the number of parcels. Furthermore, it could be useful for the officials of each company to adjust strategies for the future.
