The map shows a small local museum and its surroundings in 1957 and 2007. The museum itself was enlarged, containing more areas such as museum shop, cafe, local history room, education centre, and special exhibitions inside. Museum is surrounded by fewer trees and garden and has a car park.

The size of the museum was smaller in 1957 consisting of only local history room, museum store-room, and national history exhibition. The entrance hall was between history room and store, having a path leading to exhibitions. In 2007 National history exhibition was divided into two parts: special exhibitons and education centre. Museum store-room was replaced by cafe and was relocated to a new room. Between two rooms there is a reception connected to a local history room. The new entrance is located in museum shop, having a path to reception and cafe. Moreover, history room has a passage to the exhibition and education centre.

Futhermore, outside of the museum there is no road leading to the entrance. Instead a car park was built. However, the size of the garden has also reduced, with the rise of the museum’s size. Other trees located next to the road were cut down.
