The given diagram illustrates a formal recommended hiring procedure for new employees.
There are 10 steps starting from having an available position in the company to finding a qualitied candidate for the job. The whole procedure is quite linear and clear, you only have to consult with supervisers about the approval of the request, and then you can go along with the process. The only iterative part is when you can’t find a qualified candidata, you need to review the applicants again and again.
When there’s an available position, it is recommended to gain approval about hiring for the position from Department Head or Human Resource. If the request is declined, it is advised to speak to Department Head for solution. If not, the next step is to write job description and and have Huamn Resource advertise for the position. As applications start coming in we need to filter the resume to ask the qualified candidates to come for interview. Once the interview is over we can send offer to the qualified candidates.
