In essence, thic complicated process requires 8 steps, starting from collecting olives from trees using rakes, and finishing with the transportation to the stores and customers.
After the olives are collected, it is essential to store them in a vat for 2-3 day. For the next two stages, these plants are washed in cold water, and then crushed by a hammer due to the necessity to remove olive stones, which are transferred to a separated container. Afterwards, oil paste passes tubes to get to a complex machine, which is used for pressing and fibering.
