The two maps illustrate information about the changes which took place in the area of small local museum between 1957 and 2007.
Overall, the local construction and its surroundings had undergone some changes with new rooms were added and the museum area was expanded. Furthermore, surrounding trees were chopped down while the main road remained unchanged.
In the year 1957, the museum area consisted of a national history exhibition, local history and museum store rooms linked to the entrance hall. However, over the next 50-year period, they experienced some modernizations. By 2007, the local history room was relocated to the center of the museum area while the exhibition and storage room had been demolished to accommodate new facilities, namely special exhibitions, and education center.
In addition, a cafe and reception area in the south had been erected, whereas the museum shop was moved to the west side of the new entrance. On the other hand, most trees which surrounded the building were cut and the path in front of the entrance was demolished to make space for car park.
