Overall, the data reveals prominent enhancement within the city, particularly the transformation in formiland and fish market.
In 1967, Felixstone featured two divided area, on the left upper side was shown a large golf course, alongside to several small shops, across the shops, which located right beside the high street, there were built some shops as well placed next to formiland. On another side, there was a fish market at the right corner of the area, a cafe and hotel was occupying in the middle of the area facing directly to waterfront. dunes was positioned in the left corner side.
In 2001, Golf course and the adjacent shops are persisted its position, and across to the shops, which was standing several shops as well were converted to apartments, moreover, the empty formiland was developed some construction ; a Hotel, swimming pool, and tennis sports. Furthermore, the opposite area, situated near the sea, which was occupied by Fish market, is now demolished and supplanted to private beach, a Hotel, café and dunes are remained its building. And the introduction of wind turbines which located beside the sea and the additional public beach infront of the hotel and café.
