The maps illustrate the transformation of city park before and after swimming pool constructed. Overall, the city park has ondergone significant modifications. It used to be game-oriented area; however, following the redevelopment, the city park’s capacity has increased, with some changes, such as fountain was removed along with additional swimming pool, being carefully arranged to better serve the visitors.
Previously, the city park had very limited facilities. Upon entering the the park road, parking lots could be found both left and right sides. There was Garden and fountain on the top right corner and 2 basketball areas located across the road.
Since then, the area has significantly transformed. The most notable has been the construction of swimming pool. Altough basketball court 2 had been preserved in their original position, it has been removed to make way for parking lot. Similarly, fountain and garden’s wall redesigned to make way for swimming pool.
