The diagrams illustrate the development of Bell Hill Farm from 1976 to 2006.
Overall, over a period of thirty years, agricultural structures were transformed into educational and recreational facilities, while the central farmhouse remained unchanged.
The central farmhouse was originally surrounded by agricultural features such as a farmyard, cow sheds, a barn for corn storage, and a storage area for farm machinery. However, by 2006, most of these buildings had been replaced, with only the farmhouse remaining the same. The storage area that was initially used for farm machinery in 1976 was converted into a parking facility in 2006.
In addition, the barn located in the upper central area of the farm, above the farmyard, was replaced by a multimedia room, while the farmyard was transformed into a recreation area. The cow sheds and area for chickens were removed and substituted with student housing. The roads on the west were also not altered and remained as they were in 1976.
