The process diagram depicts how cheese is manufactured.
Overall, it can be seen that there are nine distinct steps in the production of cheese. The process involves the use of raw milk and bacteria.
At the first stage, raw milk and bacteria is put together in a jar to form tenzyme through a process called acidification.Next, this tenzyme solidifies into curds, which are later cut into smaller pieces. Afterthat, they are put into a pot where they are being heated and drained to form cheese.
Furthermore, salt is added to the cheese for flavor and preservation. At the following stage, the cheese is shaped by putting them into containers and they are kept for a period of 2 months to ferment.Afterwhich, the cheese is ready for packaging, it is then packaged and sent to the shops for sales.
