The how diagram demonstrates how to produce soft cheese.
Overall, the process has 9 steps, starting with adding enzyme into the mixture of the raw milk and bacteria and ending with distributing to consume the soft cheese. Interestingly, the final product of this process has a distinct form from its initial ingredient.
First of all, the mixture of raw milk and bacteria is added enzyme to be solidified. When the solidification are completed, the curds are formed. Then these curds are cut into small pieces. Additonally, smaller curds pieces are drained by heating under the temperature. After that, the drained curds need to be salted.
In the next step, these curds are shaped into the round form before being fermented. After 2 months fermentation, the curds become soft cheese. These round cheese are cut into smaller pieces before being entered the packaging stage. Finally, the packaged boxes are distributed to agencies to be consumed.
