The give picture outlines the several steps involved in cheese production process. Overall, the process begins with raw milk and ends with ready cheese being transported to shops. In total there are 9 steps involving some human labor and special machinery.
First of all, raw milk with bacteria is complemented with enzyme and then solidified in the form of curds. Following that, the product is cut in small pieces, before those particles are heated and drained in a special machine. In the subsequent stage, the substance is transferred to a certain plate and salt is added.
From here, the ready substance is shaped with the help of people, followed by the next stage, which is leaving the formed cheese for two months to ferment in a designated place. After fermentation process, the ready cheese is put in the boxes and, in the final step, the packaged product is delivered to stores.
