The process of making cheese is illustrated in the given diagram.
Generally, this process consists of nine stages, starting with acidification and ending with delivery to shops.
First of all, bacteria are added to raw milk for acidification. In the next stage, the enzyme is turned to curds in the solidification stage. After that, these curds are cut into small pieces.
In the next stage, then those tiny pieces are entered into a boiler, heating and draining them. Subsequently, some salt is added to the material for a better taste. From here, the finished substance is shaped with the help of people.
Followed by the next stage, which is leaving the formed cheese for two months to ferment in designated place. After the fermentation process, the ready cheese is put into the boxes and, in the final step, the packaged product is delivered to stores.
