The production process details making cheese.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that these entirely man-made process includes three main stages, begins with initial collecting ingredients, followed by preparation and processing, and finally delivery for retails.
The whole process starts when raw milks, which include bacteria, with enzyme are brought in jars to the factories. In the factories these commodities are solidified in the shapes of curds, and they are cut into small pieces in order to be convenient to put them into containers. These cut particles are heated and drained in special containers at the same time. after being ready, the salt is added in them, and shaped by hand. These shaped commodities are sent to fermentations in order to preserve them about two months.
Once preserved, these ready cheeses are packaged into boxes. Finally, these ready commodities are sent to shops where customers buy them for consumption.
