Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the 11 steps comprise a total of 3 main stages, ranging from collecting and sorting, followed by processing and final packaging.
Initially, the apples are first harvested from trees, but only the finest apples are chosen. These apples are later transferred on a receiving belt to the washing and sorting section. After that, these are grinded in an apple grind machine, which slices the apples into thin pieces. Next, a pressing machine will press these slices into what is known as apple concentration, which is ready for the next stage.
In the next section, the product from the previous section is centrifuged to extract the water from the concentration. Followed after that, an aroma is added to the concentration before being filtrated and pasteurized.
Packaging is the last step, consisting of 3 stages, in which the concentration is filled into bottles, packaged into boxes, and delivered to the hands of customers.
