Overall, it is apparent that the diagram depicts a man-made linear process, starting with registering for the license at the license centre and culminating with obtaining the licence.

At the beginning of the process, after going to the license centre, the driver’s license applicant must complete the application form. After that, they need to take an eye test. Those who pass the test must pay a fee to take the written test and driving test. If they fail the eye test, they can not obtain a licence. After paying the fee, individuals will take a written test.Those who fail are allowed up to two additional attempts; however, if they are unsuccessful in both, they must pay the fee and retake the written test from the beginning.

Upon successfully passing the written exam, they proceed to the final stage – the practical driving test. A driving licence is granted only if they pass this final assessment. Failure at this stage means they must pay the fee again and repeat the practical tests.”
