All in all, the production of ethanol from corn consists of eight major steps. The first three steps show how corn is sorted and sent to mills, after which fermentation comes, followed by purifying, storing, and distributing to gas stations.

To begin with, when the corn is fully grown, it is harvested and sent to a storage house. After storing, the corn is sent to mills to shape it. In step 4, water is added to it, and it undergoes cooking for a non-stop 4 hours.
