The diagram illustrates the process of how corn become ethanol fuel.

Overall , it can be seen that this process contain plenty of steps such as harvesting , milling , cooking , fermenting , separating , purifying , storing and distributing.

Corn will be havested in the field then be storing and ready to be millied. In the next step , the millied corn added with some water will be cooked for approximately four hours and be fermented for two days.

Apart from that , the remain product will be separated into liquid which will be kept and the solid – by product will be removed. Once that is done, the liquid will purified ethanol for five hours to become ethanol fuel . Ultimately , the products will be storing and ready to be transported and distributed to gas station.
