Overall,the ethanol fuel is produces through many linear,many-stage process that begins with corn and involves steps such as storing,milling,cooking,fermenting and purifying before stored and delivered.
Firstly,the corn goes to be stored.Then,it is milled after being stored.After the first three steps, it is cooked with water approximately 4 hours.Followed with,the fifth stage is a fermenting about 48 hours.When the corn is fermented about 2 days,it goes to the next sixth step separating.In this stage residual of corn is being prepared for selling.Furthermore,when the corn reaches this step,it is produced liquid.
In addition,followed with first six stages,there is a 7th stage,purifying ethanol which one is take about 5 hours.Moreover,it is the last step before going to be stored.Then,after purifying,by the 8th step produced product goes to storing.After being stored,the ethanol that made by corn goes to be delivered to the gas stations.
