In general, there are eight main steps in ethanol energy production, beginning with the corn processing, with the special being 2 times separate, and ending at the transportation stage.
In the first stage of the process, corn is stored and milled. Following this, corn powder is cooked with water for approximately 4 hours at a suitable temperature to get an appropriate mixture, then fermented for about 2 days. The result is filtered into 2 different types, the solid is corn residue, other one is liquid, with contaminating ethanol.
In the fifth stage of the chart, we purify the ethanol in liquid to make it more immaculate, this step takes 5 hours. After that, the fuel is stored and transported to different places.
