The flow chart shows the process in which how fabric is produced by bamboo. Overall, manufacturing production includes three main sets of stages: crush strips bamboo, softening the fibres, making fabric and manufactured. A variety of equipment and materials such as sickle, cutting equipment, water and amine oxide are used during the process.
Looking at the details, the process begins when plants are grown in the spring. After Bamboo harvested in the Autumn, they are cut into strips. Then, the crush strips are made liquid pulp.
Before softening the fibres that adding the water and amine oxide,the crush strips are filtered in order to separate long fibres from liquid and it is ready for softening.
In the final step, after softening fibres, it is spun yarn. Next, the yarn is woven fabrik and T-shirts and Socks are manufactured.
