The flowchart delineates the sequential stages involved in the production of instant noodles.
The manufacturing process is comprised of eight distinct phases, commencing with the storage of raw materials and culminating in the packaging of the final product.
Initially, flour is delivered by trucks and stored in large silos. The flour is subsequently transferred to a mixer, where it is combined with water and oil to form a dough. This dough is then processed through rollers, resulting in flattened strips. These strips are subsequently cut and shaped into circular disc forms, which serve as the preliminary structure of the noodles.
Following the shaping stage, the noodle discs undergo a cooking procedure involving frying in oil, followed by drying to achieve the desired texture. In the final phases, vegetables and spices are incorporated to enhance the flavour profile of the noodles, after which they are portioned into cups for packaging. The final step involves labelling and sealing the cups, rendering the instant noodles ready for commercial distribution and sale.
