The making of instant noodles, which is a linear and man-made process, involves eight stages, starting from the storage of ingredients to the final packaging.
Firstly, flour is transported from storage silos to a mixer where it is combined with water and oil. The mixture is then processed into dough sheets using rollers. These dough sheets are subsequently cut into dough strips. Following this, the dough strips are formed into noodle discs, which are then cooked in oil and dried.
In the next step, vegetables and spices are added to the cooked noodles. The seasoned noodles are placed into cups, where they are prepared for packaging. Finally, the cups are labeled and sealed before being ready for distribution.
