Overall, there are eight steps in the process, commencing with providing storages with flour and ending with labelling and sealing. Interestingly, only the first stage requires human intervention, and other processes are handled by machinery.
Initially, a truck fills storage silos with flour, and after that, this flour is mixed with water and oil together. In the third step, this mixture is turned into dough sheets by rollers, before being cut into strips in the subsequent stage. Next, these dough strips become noodles discs by a special machine, with cooking in oil and drying in the sixth section. Subsequently, cooked noodles are put into cups with mixture of vegetables and spices, and then, these cups are labelled and sealed in order to inform customers about a manufacturer and ingredients. After that process, instant noodles are ready for consumption purposes and shipping to distribution centers.
