The given diagram depicts the manufacturing process of quick noodles.
Overall, it is evident that ramen takes eight steps to become eligible for distribution stage afterwards. We can divide these eight steps into three parts: storage phase, production phase, and packaging phase.
First of all, storage phase takes place in storage silos, where flour is transported and stored into. After that, the production stages start, begining with the mixing step, where water and oil are added to the flour and mixed together. Afterwards, the resulted dough is shaped into sheets in the third step; then sliced into strips in the fourth step. Then the fifth stage is done when the noodles strips are turned into discs. They are then submerged into oil to be semi-cooked, before the dehydration step in stage six.
Packaging phase starts after sixth step, when cups are ready to pack noodles discs. Afterwards, spices and vegetables were added into the cup in the seventh step. Eventually, the eighth and final step is done when the microwaveable noodle cups are sealed and labelled, becoming ready for distribution.
