The process delineates the process by which leather goods are produced.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that this procedure is totally mechanical, comprising three main stages, namely the initial preparation of raw materials, followed by their processing and finally their distribution and transformation into new products.
The entire procedure commences with the material preparation. After animal skin is dried, it is delivered to a factory by a designated truck, where the further process takes place.
In the next stage, this raw material is put into a tank in which the washing process happens using a mixture of water and lime to remove impurities. Once animal skin is washed, it is directed to another tank where lime is applied to soak this material. After being flattened by a specialized machine, it becomes tannin when experiencing the soaking process again which mixes water and vegetable matter together. Following that, the resultant material is polished to be ready for production of other goods.
The final stage involves the polished materials being transported to a factory in which they is transformed into several leather goods such as shoes and bags, marking the conclusion of this process.
