overall leather production is a linera process consisting of several stages beginning with drying of animal skin and ending with finished product such as bag,shoes. the process involve cleaning, chemical treatment and mechanical processing.
initally, animal skin are dried and then transported to the factory .At the factory the skin are washed using mixture with lime water to remove impurities.following the process,the skin are soaked in lime .next the softened skins are flatterd into a mechanical. after this stages, again the skin are soarked using mixture water and vagetable matter, it converts raw material into useable leather. once the tenning complete , the material are polished to improve. in the final stages . the process leather are transported to a factory where it is produce into a range of leather goods including bag, shoes and sports equipment.
