The process diagram illustrates how plastic goods are manufactured using unprocessed materials obtained from an oil refinery. First, the raw materials are brought to the factory from the oil refinery. The oil then enters the factory, where it is passed into an oven that melts the raw materials at a specific temperature, forming long molecules of plastic granules.
Next, the hopper injection moulder melts the plastic and forces it into a mold to achieve the desired shape. The following step is quality control, carried out by a quality checker who carefully inspects the products. Defective items are discarded into the trash bin, while the valid products are packed into boxes.
Once packaged, the plastic products are transported by forklift to the warehouse until they are ready for sale.
