The diagram below shows the process of manufacturing plastic items from raw materials. Clearly, plastic production is a complex process which requires sophisticated machinery and qualified workforce.
Initially, raw materials are transported from the refinery to the factory by a lorry. Then, they are put into a large drum which then heated at high temperatures in the oven. Later, they are transferred to another drum to form plastic in the form of long molecules.
Subsequently, granules are sent to a rectangle-shaped moulder where they are melted and pushed out of the machine.
In the final stage, inspectors are ready to check the products for any possible flaws, which are then disposed if they have any defaults. Those without any defects are sent to the packaging area through the conveyor belt. Then they are packed by the employee in charge and sent to the warehouse to be transported to retailers and wholesalers.
