The given flow chart demonstrates the way ceramic pots are produced. Overall, there are several steps in the process, beginning with the extraction of raw materials and culminating in finalized products.
In the first stage, raw materials are dug from the ground and then transported to a factory by a truck. After being sent to the factory, the materials are poured into a grinder to be crushed into powder. Once being finely ground, this powder is blended with water in a mixing machine before being pumped into molds which shape the mixture into pots. These molds are left to dry for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Subsequently, the dried clay pots are removed from the molds and are ready for next stages.
The following phase of the process is that the clay pots are put into an oven and are baked at 1000 degrees celsius to remove any remaining water molecules. After being heated, these pots are colored and put into the oven to be fired again to become more durable, making them suitable for future use.
