From an observational perspective, this is a complicated process, commencing with exploiting raw materials and culminating with the final results, ready to be used.
The ceramic pots procedure begins when raw ceramic is dug at exploitation sites by excavators before being transported to factories by lorries. After arriving, ceramic is crushed into smaller pieces, then, mixed with water with the assistance of a spinner. Next, the liquid is poured into a mould and left drying for 4 to 6 hours. The outcome of this step is assembled clay pots.
The latter stage of the procedure focuses on completing the ceramic pots. The assembled clay pots are stored in an oven at approximately 1000 °C in order to give them the durability to withstand impact when being used. Following this step, the pots are dipped in a colour bucket for decoration and heated up again in the oven to dry the colour. The whole process is completed when finished ceramic pots are produced, ready to be applied in daily life.
